Marsden Maritime Holdings Commercial Units

This multi-tenancy Commercial unit contains four tenancies.  It is constructed from Formsteel cold-rolled steel, with a long-run profiled metal cladding, and was constructed by Trigg Construction, who have now occupied one of the units.

Hawthorn Geddes provided the geotechnical assessment, structural engineering as well as architectural design and detailing up to building cosent, along with project over-view as required for inspections.
