New Dwelling

This project was to design a new dwelling for our clients to showcase the 360 degree views from their coastal home.

The primary building structure is a suspended concrete floor slab with masonry brick walls and structural steel rafters and portal frames. The house walls are full height glazing with large sliding doors and floor to roof windows.

Hawthorn Geddes provided architectural and engineering services, including architectural design, geotechnical site assessment and structural analysis.
