Precast Concrete Workshop

This project was to design 2 new precast concrete workshop buildings for Busck in Morrinsville.

These buildings were designed to be identical to other Busck workshops around New Zealand to enable efficiencies in construction.

The primary building structure is structural steel portal frames clad in long run cladding and precast concrete panels.

Hawthorn Geddes provided architectural and engineering services, including geotechnical site assessment, structural analysis and civil design.
