Quail Ridge

Quail Ridge Country Club provided for bespoke retirement living of some 130 individual villas, serviced apartment buildings, managed care facility and recreational facilities on a former citrus fruit orchard, as managed community, facilitated by a private plan change in 2010. We have been involved since 2006 providing civil, structural and environmental engineering through the consenting phase, and more recently construction verification and geotechnical engineering in the areas of the site where level transitions have required significant retaining structures, and effluent disposal has been necessary over steep slopes.
