We have an in depth understanding of how construction projects work and are well placed to manage your build from start to finish. Depending on the project type this might mean helping you establish a brief, applying for funding or undertaking feasibility studies.

We’ll ensure you have the right consultants in place at the appropriate time and establish a team to suit your project. While we have in-house expertise in engineering and architecture, we also have great working relationships with other specialist consultants including quantity surveyors, mechanical and electrical consultants and planners. We work closely with several contractors and are well placed to guide you through the tendering process.

Whether your project is commercial or residential you’ll get a dedicated project manager to guide you through the design and construction process, keep you updated on progress and liaise with the wider team.
