Our specialist environmental engineers have extensive experience in contaminated land assessment, monitoring and remediation planning for properties subject to HAIL notices or flagged as a potentially hazardous landuse. Assessments are carried out under the National Environmental Standard for Assessing and Managing Contaminants in Soil to Protect Human Health (colloquially referred to as the NESCS) by our Suitably Qualified and Experienced Persons (SQEP) under the regulations, taking a pragmatic approach to the management of identified contamination.
