Marina House

This private house in Marsden Cove has been designed on one of the prominent waterfront sections with a private jetty for immediate access to the water. As unique as its setting, the bespoke home has been designed in close collaboration with the client and provides a generous double height living space with sweeping views. Interior and exterior materials have been thoughtfully selected with textured concrete panels and large areas of high efficiency glazing forming the external elevations. Internally a mix of high-quality finishes, including stone worktops and bronze joinery accents have been selected. 3D visualisations were used throughout the design process to assist in making decisions.
