Agrifeeds Bulkstores

Two 4000m 2 bulk stores were designed at Marsden Point for Marsden Maritime Holdings. Efficiency was key on this project with the design and construction process compressed into just 32 weeks. By leveraging our in-house expertise in architecture, structural, civil and geotechnical engineering and engaging the contractor early, we ensured streamlined coordination and delivery, achieving exceptional results within the tight timeframe & budget.

The storage buildings contain 3m high concrete retaining walls, a steel structure with a 40m clear span and are clad and roofed in Coloursteel.
