Are you a recent graduate looking to exercise your skills in complex geology? Do you want to be involved in projects alongside broader engineering disciplines? Do you have a strong ambition to step ahead of your peers?

Hawthorn Geddes engineers and architects ltd is a highly regarded and long standing independent multidisciplinary practice based in Whangarei and Warkworth with clients throughout New Zealand and beyond covering geotechnical, environmental, civil and structural engineering as well as architecture. We are looking for a graduate geotechnical engineer, preferably with some field work experience and aspirations to develop their assessment and analysis skills. The role will be based in our Whangarei office.

The ideal candidate will have good oral and written skills and preferably be New Zealand trained, qualified to a BE or BEngTech level or equivalent.

The role will include working closely with our engineers of other disciplines and architects as well as contractors and external consultants.
