Remote Control Room

The proposal was to construct a new control building and associated infrastructure to coincide with upgrades to the Ngawha geothermal power station.  As the control building for the power station, this building is required to operate in a post-disaster capacity.

Hawthorn Geddes provided architectural and engineering services, including project management, interior design, Geotechnical site assessment, Structural analysis and Civil design for site services, which included stormwater attenuation and on-site effluent disposal.
