Bayleys Warkworth
A first floor addition to an existing building in the Moderne style as well as a new interior fit-out to convert the area from a bank to a real estate agent, while maintaining access to the other tenancies. This build involved heritage conservation requirements to document the existing fabric prior to removal, as well as the addition being sympathetic to the original style.
The addition and internal layout, including interior design was developed by another architect, with input regarding structure from Hawthorn Geddes. This was then detailed up into working drawings for building consent and construction by Hawthorn Geddes.
